Wavosaur Free Audio Editor (BMZ Award 2008)

It's a shame BMZ did not speak about Wavosaur before. If you are not very confortable with Audacity and would prefer a cool audio editor which looks like and works like sony soundforge (but for free), have a look and try Wavosaur. It's a freeware and it's very light as well!

Multiple Document Interface for working with many files in one session
All classic editing functions : cut, copy, paste, paste mix, paste replace/insert, paste to new file, trim/crop, delete, undo.
