MIDI File Stripper!

MIDI files with CC, Tempo, NRPN and other data may cause issues if you drag them into your sequencer software or export them to hardware. With Midi File Stripper you can have pure MIDI note files that will play pefectly anywhere. MFS is available to download as freeware for Windows PC (portable version).

Yep, that's right! As we release and launch E-MU's next generation Emulator X3 Streaming Sampling Synthesizer software, E-MU celebrates and is pleased to announce that we will be providing the full version of our Proteus VX Software Sound Module software which includes the enhanced v2.0.1 Proteus X Composer Bank. (a special E-MU tweaked version of the Composer bank) that can be used in all versions of our Proteus X or Emulator X software. Proteus VX is not copy protected or card locked like other versions of our instrument and sampling software, and can be used either as a VSTi or in stand alone mode.

The Beatmaker revolution

It's not free but very cheap (approx USD 20) for having an equivalent of Akai MPC2000 within your iphone and/or your ipodtouch! I tried it during my last trip in Ibiza (especially waiting for my flight in the airport) and it was not only entertainement but indeed you can consider make a real track with it. The only negative aspect is that the general volume button is not implemented yet which is really annoying so plug headphones for a better experience!

Do you remember old Roland MC-303 GrooveBox? C.Hackl has released GrooveBox, a free synth VSTi for Windows which simulate groovebox concept. It's quite easy to use and very unusual and interesting plugin. Note that this plugin has been made with Synthmaker.
