Tactile Sounds has announced the release of TS-808, a software emulation of the Roland TR-808 hardware drum machine. It was created by reference to the famous Roland TR-808 service notes and extensive analysis of samples.

TS-808  Details:

* TS-808 is a drum synth, not a sampler.

* Most of the voices have more parameters and a greater range than their hardware predecessors.

* All parameters can be automated.

* Remote control is available via host mapping or MIDI learn.

* There are 8 outputs.

* Each voice can be routed to any output.

AcmeBarGig has released Shred, a free VST amp suite for Windows PC.

Shred features 6 amp heads ranging from warm, sweet, clean tones to hair-raising metal thunder: Shred, Enthalpos Median, Supersound 1972, Marvel, Quarter, and Honken.

6 built in Stereo out Rack effects: Shiver Tremolo, DIG Stereo Delay, Noise Gate, Mountain Reverb, OD Treble Master, and The Naus Filter.

Shred is available as freeware for Windows PC (VST).

Moogo Filter

Moogo Filter is a free Moog-style filter effect for Windows.
It features an envelope generator, which can be triggered by MIDI notes so the plugin can be inserted behind any synth plugin, to play it thru a Moogish filter. The plugin also features an overdrive.

TAL-BassLine is a virtal analog bass synthesizer especially made for bass, acid sounds and effects. It’s based on a robust core and has the usual controls of analogue hardware synthesizers.
